Qualifications:
1.Bachelor degree or above, major in organic chemistry, pharmaceutical chemistry, fine chemicals, polymer materials, etc., with at least one year's experience in organic synthesis development;
2. Good command of various organic synthesis operations, strong experimental design ability, high safety awareness of laboratory operation, practical experience in coupling reaction, cyclization reaction, bromination reaction, etc;
3. Be familiar with the use of Chemraw, SciFinder, Reaxys and other chemical related software, and the use of HPLC, GC, MS, NMR and other test tools related to synthesis;
4. Relevant working experience in OLED enterprise, knowledge of quality and environmental management system is preferred;
5. Good hands-on ability, strong sense of responsibility, good at thinking and pioneering spirit, hard-working, practical and meticulous work, strong execution; 6. Have a strong sense of team work, good communication skills, initiative, able to work under pressure.
